The Eleanor Group understands that you are busy and fundraising is often the last thing on your mind. Fundraising should be relaxing so we are here to make your fundraiser easy.

The Product

Your local day spa puts together a spa card of 4 spa visits like a body scrub, facial, massage & foot massage. Each visit last approximately 30-45 minutes and is valued at around $300. They are then sold through your fundraiser to new local clients for only $59! Out of that $59 you make $15. To see a general listing of the rules for these promotions, please click here .

What do I have to do?

There is no cost to participate. The only thing you do is send your supporters to spasforacause.com to shop online. We provide you with email templates and other tools that can be circulated to family members, friends, parents, their co-workers, as well as people in other cities. It allows them to simply shop for a participating spa near them, and the money goes back to your group.

How are the orders placed?

People will place their orders online. The spa cards will be emailed directly to the purchasers within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. There is absolutely no product for you to deal with!

How do I know how many we have sold?

The lead tab of your account management screen will display all of your sales and the participants to whom they were assigned.

How do I get paid?

We take all of your check information during the sign up process, including your organization's tax-id. We allow for you to have a separate check address and name from your group. If you don't have all of that information don't worry, you can add it later. But, please remember that we need it before we can cut your first check. We cut checks 30-60 days from the date of sale to allow any refunds or settlements to happen.

Do you offer any awards or incentives?

We offer great incentives to groups for a specified 30 days of sales called the "30 day push". You set the start date to let us know when your group will make it's push. That way you can focus your groups attention for short periods of time while continuing to sell year round and make passive income.

1. All fundraisers: When your group sells 100 spa cards you will make $20 per sale instead of $15 during your first 30 days.
2. Student Participants for school groups only : We offer gift checks to students who sell within the first 30 days
   • 6 cards $25
   • 8 cards $50
   • 16 cards $100
3. Fundraising Coordinator: We did not forget about you! When you motivate your group to sell 60 or more spa cards in the first 30 days, you earn $50.

How does my group get trained?

We offer both prerecorded and live online trainings. The online training takes about 20 minutes, depending on your questions. Access to an internet connected projector with speakers is required for the online training. Your group will be able to hear us and chat questions. Participants tend to be very interested in this type of cutting edge technology and have been paying attention with great results.
