I ordered a spa package a while back and I never received it, how do I get the package I ordered?
Our spa packages are sent out via regular mail or email. If your package never arrived, we can certainly resend them. The best thing to do is contact us with your order number or any other identifying information so we can confirm the contact information on file. At that time we will offer you options for resending it. back to top
If I do not see my city listed on the spa's eligible area list, can I still go there?
If the spa you chose does not list your city in the eligible areas list you need to call us to confirm whether you are eligible to choose that location. The promotional card is intended for local customers of the spa. You must choose a location in your area. back to top
What if I don't know my recipient's information?(phone, email, address)
That's ok for now. We offer a "skip" checkbox during checkout that will allow you to move through purchasing. We will send nightly reminders you asking them to update the recipient's information so that we can approve and send the promotion to you. The recipient address and phone are required. back to top
What if I do not want you contacting my recipient?
We actually never do contact your recipient. All gift delivery is left up to you, the purchaser. You can print the promotion or forward it to their email with a custom message. The reason we need their information is to qualify them as eligible for the chosen spa as well as to give the spa a way to contact them if the spa needs to reschedule an appointment. back to top
Can I receive an extension on my day spa package if expired?
The promotional card is not a gift certificate, the services on this card were purchased under value and must be used before expiration or are forfeit. We cannot accommodate extensions on the day spa package. back to top
How do I find out what spas are in my area?
A list of available spas is on our web site, spasforacause.com. Simply select your location and you can see what spas we have available in your area. back to top
I received an Eleanor Card. What is it and how do I use it?
The Eleanor Card is our placeholder card. With The Eleanor Card you have 8 months to simply choose the spa you would like to visit. In order to begin using it you must call The Eleanor Group 888-309-9709 and tell us what spa you have chosen. We will then activate your card and send you the spa package for that location. As soon as you receive it, you may start calling the spa directly to book your appointments. back to top
How many visits do I receive with this promotional package and how long area they?
Through the promotion you will be receiving 4 separate 30-45 minute treatments. back to top
Can I do 2 visits in 1 day?
Through the promotional package the visits must be done separately. However, if you choose to upgrade any one of your visits to an extended amount of time you may certainly do so for an additional fee. The spa offers discounted pricing on all of their upgrades. back to top
How long does the special last?
You may purchase any one of our day spa packages for a spa in your area at any time. They are $65 each and the promotion is good all year long. back to top
Do these spa cards expire?
All cards expire 6 months from date of activation. This is enforced with our policies that are on the back of each spa card, on our web site that each customer must click and agree to before proceeding to check out, in our catalog as well as on an insert that goes inside each spa card. back to top
Gift cards or gift certificates cannot expire in the state of California?
We are in alignment with California civil code section 1749.5 (f) that clearly states that if the gift card is sold below face value it can have an expiration date. Our businesses offer deep discounts to all our fundraisers and are not a dollar for dollar value as with a gift card/certificate. back to top
