They're a pretty big deal for us because we want to honor our businesses for the donations they make to the Spas For A Cause program and their local schools and non-profits. In a nutshell, the promotions are for new clients who work in the city of the spa or live within the specified radius and meet that spa's age requirement.
Because the services offered are done so at a great discount to you, the promotion expires 6 months from the time it is approved and should not be thought of as a gift certificate.
Everything you see listed (usually 4 visits) are included in the promotion; the only thing not included is a tip for the service provider.
Should you tip? While you're not required, consider that it's customary, and more importantly, these people are donating a large portion of their time to your cause; so it's good to show your gratitude through tipping.
Each spa listings shows the hours of operation and any special booking instructions. Also, spas are really busy on weekends so those are the toughest appointments to book. Only one person can use all the visits on a promotion and you can only book one visit per day.
Groups may also pose difficulties with scheduling. We cannot guarantee group appointments at the same time.
If you can live with those things, you can get a fantastic deal. Plus, each spa offers its own list of special ups and extras to give you even more discounts on additional services, longer treatments, and full series!
You'll find the specific rules for each spa under the Am I Eligible? section (shown here) in the spa's listing.
